A first generation American, Derek grew up in his family’s small business. From sweeping the floor as a child to running the business as an adult, he has truly experienced the American dream. Always mindful of the opportunity this country has given him, he has a great admiration for our military and is passionate about giving back to those that have given so much of themselves to us.
